Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange.
Conditions:

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If unavailable, you may opt for store credit or a full refund.
How to Request a Return or Exchange:
Please send a message to our Instagram account: serix.eg with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Note:
We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
